Generally yes, but aside from regularly available items, we also back order items on request. Even if we have an item readily available at our warehouse, whether we send it the same day an order is received depends on many other factors. For this reason, the estimated shipping date is more important than the item's availability status.

The chart shows not only the availability of the item, but reservations of that item for other orders, delivery schedules, courier collection times, and more.
We have a developed stock management system that is integrated with our website and the IT systems of some of our suppliers.
For items from our regular offer, we have fulfilled 88.1% orders on time, and 10.4% with a single-day delay or less.
For items that are back ordered individually, we have fulfilled 92.83% orders on time, and 2.39% with a single-day delay or less.
We have fulfilled 99.71% orders with no availability problems for items from our regular offer, and 95.9% for items back ordered on request.
Only 0.27% orders have been cancelled due to unavailability and lack of alternatives.
Our regular offer is what is readily available at our own warehouse, which currently stores 35251 items, as well as the warehouses of our suppliers
with whom we have an integrated IT system and a fixed (usually daily) delivery schedule. In total, we offer 43658 items.
We back order 5687 items on request.
