How do reservations work?

You can cancel your reservation, but this reduces your credibility and may result in the system allowing you to make further reservations only after paying the full price of the product, or in extreme cases, it may completely disable the ability to use the program.

In a nutshell:

• To reserve an item, click the "Reserve" button on the item page and follow the instructions.
• Make the advance payment (if necessary).
• Wait until the order status is shown as "ready to order." You will automatically receive an email when this happens. You can also check your reservation status by logging in to your account.
• A reservation is a reservation only, not an order. When we receive your reserved item, you must therefore order it just as you would any other item before the reservation period expires.
