What can I do if my order is not fulfilled on time?
Log in and go to the "My orders" tab to see your order status.
You can also click on the link in the order confirmation email.
It is possible that the order has already been shipped, and that the courier is having a problem with delivery.
If an order is still waiting to be shipped, you can see when it is estimated to be ready, and if any items are delaying shipment.
You can then remove those items from your order and replace them with other items, or request a refund if your order has already been paid.
