Ford F-1 is an American pick-up car that belonged to the so-called First generation Ford F-series vans. Cars of this type were produced in 1947-1952. The cars were powered - depending on the version - with engines with a capacity of 3.7 to 5.5 liters. The drive was transferred via a manual gearbox with 3, 4 or 5 gears. Production took place in several cities in the USA, including Chester, Norfolk and Hapeville. The first generation of Ford F-series vans was also the first pick-up series to be introduced to the US market after World War II by the Ford Motor Company. Cars of this type replaced the company's offer pick-up trucks produced before 1939. However, they were still characterized by a relatively simple and solid structure. Without a doubt, the most appreciated by consumers was the Ford F-1 model, which was powered by a 95 HP or 100 HP engine. Its maximum load was 500 kilograms.
