HMS Ibis (U99) was a British sloop from the Second World War. The keel was laid in September 1939, the launch took place in November 1940, and the entry into service with the Royal Navy - in August 1941. The total length of the ship at the time of launching was 91.3 meters and a width of 11.43 meters. The displacement reached 1,250 tons and the maximum speed was approx. 19 knots. The armaments included three twin 102mm cannons and 4 twin 40mm cannons.

In the years 1941-1942, the unit performed escort and convoy tasks in the Atlantic, and at the end of 1942 HMS Ibis (U99) was directed to the Mediterranean Sea. There, north of Algiers, on November 10, 1942, it was sunk in an attack carried out by an Italian torpedo plane.
