Fauvette is a French seagoing yacht with a steam and sailing drive from the second half of the 19th century. The presented unit was constructed and launched in Le Havre in 1869. The total length of the ship was 38.2 meters, with a width of 7.6 meters and a draft of up to 3.2 meters. The Fauvette was undoubtedly a highly luxurious yacht, providing its passengers with a very high comfort of sea travel. It is not uncommon to emphasize the external aesthetics of the unit itself. However, the Fauvette was also a successful ship in terms of design, providing good maneuverability and good seaworthiness. In the course of its service, it was used primarily (but not only!) For cruises between French ports located on the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea. Fauvette performed its tasks until the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries.
