The Infiniti Q45 is a Japanese upper-class passenger car, produced by Nissan Motor Corporation, which was first presented to the public in 1989. Its serial production started in the same year and continued until 2006 still. The model was manufactured in the city of Tochigi in Japan.

The Infiniti Q45 was designed and put into production to expand Nissan's commercial offer with a luxury premium car, which was also to be used by the creation of a completely new brand - Infiniti, also established in 1989. Of course, the Q45 model used a lot of components and elements from serial production Nissan cars, especially the Maxima model. Finally, a car was created with a subdued and rather conservative style, but offering a very high comfort of travel, a good level of safety and good performance for this class of cars. Three generations of the Infiniti Q45 were produced under production, the last of which went into production in 2001. The car was replaced by the Q70L model.
