The MV Agusta F4 is the designation of a series of Italian sports motorcycles, the first of which was presented to the public in 1999. Its serial production started in the same year. In the 2004 F4 SPR version, the drive is provided by a 749cc engine generating a maximum power of 149hp. The F4 series of motorcycles was developed and put into production in connection with the return to the market of the Meccanica Verghera Augusta brand, MV Agusta for short. The main creator of the series was Massimo Tamburini - the same one who was responsible for the creation of the Ducati 916. The series was produced in numerous, but relatively small batches, and each of them was positioned in the so-called super sports bikes. Four-cylinder units with a capacity of 749 (model F4 750), 998 and - to the least extent - 1079 cm3 (model F4 1000) were used as the drive. One of the most exclusive versions was the MV Agusta F4 Tamburini motorcycle, which was made in 300 copies, and whose engine generating 172 HP, allowed to reach a speed of 306.7 km / h!
