Aoshima 06109 Nissan UF31 Leopard 3.0 Ultima '86

The Nissan Leopard is a Japanese upper-middle class passenger car that was presented to the public for the first time in 1980. Its serial production was carried out in 1980-1999. The car was powered - depending on the version - with a relatively wide range of engines with a displacement of 1.8 to 4.1 liters. Production took place in several cities throughout Japan, but the main production facilities were in the city of Musashimurayama near Tokyo.

The Leopard model was developed and put into production by the Nissan Motor Company as a supplement to the Laurel model's commercial offer. Initially, it was to be offered primarily on the domestic market, but its export began quickly. Over time, the Leopard model began to use the chassis developed for the Cedric and Gloria models. The first generation of the car was designed with the intention of establishing a market battle with the Toyota Chaser car. The model went into production for four of its generations, the last of which was produced in 1996-1999.
