Trumpeter 01039 Russian KZKT-7428 "Rusich" w/KZKT-9101

The KZKT-9101 is a heavy, Soviet, and currently Russian, semi-trailer designed to transport heavy and very heavy loads (ang. heavy-duty semi-trailer) . The semi-trailer is based on a two-axle chassis and is most often used with MAZ-537 and KZKT-7428 tractor units. Analytical and development works on it began in the 1980s, and the trailer was put into production in 1991. It was able to carry loads weighing up to 53-54 tons, so it could carry self-propelled artillery (e.g. 2S19 Msta) or Soviet and later Russian MBTs (e.g. T-72 or T-80) without any major problems. The semi-trailer is used primarily by the armed forces of the Russian Federation, where it is used for road transport of heavy equipment. It is worth adding that in the 1990s, KZKT plants introduced an even more advanced heavy trailer to its offer, which could also function as a towed tanker with a capacity of up to 50 m3.
