T-3-A Ferrum (another designation: TKh49) is a series of steam locomotives (steam locomotives), which were produced in the years 1948-1963 at the Fablok plant in Chrzanów. The service weight of a single locomotive was 44.4 tons, and its length - 9.17 m. The diameter of the driving wheels was 1150 mm, and the locomotive was constructed with the C-axis system.
The T-3-A Ferrum locomotive was developed on the basis of the pre-war T-1-A steam locomotive, adopting many design solutions from this rail vehicle. The T-3-A steam locomotive was designed to serve industrial railway lines, and to a lesser extent - as a shunting locomotive. It was characterized by relatively low operating costs, high reliability and small dimensions. The main recipient of these steam locomotives was the Ferrum steelworks in Katowice, which commissioned the steam locomotive. In total, 477 locomotives of this type were built during production, 83 of which were exported to, for example, the PRC or Hungary.
The models are digitally printed - some adhesives can dissolve the ink!
Paint in digital printing can be dissolved by certain types of adhesives like butaprene and similar on the same solvents. Before bonding, it is advisable to try the adhesive used on a barely visible part of the model.
